| Well, I'd like to start off by saying, thank you for visiting Affiliate Watchdogs and viewing the very first post! To begin, I want to start a great discussion about social networking, Web 2.0, and how affiliate marketers can cash in on this. If you have the ability for your own users to generate content themselves, you will be far better off than trying to write everything yourself! I guess forums were the very start of Social Networking (ever hear of Bulletin Boards or BBS). This is one way to start your own social networking, but you have to go one step further to really generate the content that mass users can bring to your website. How will you do this? Some ideas that I have are to create niche vertical markets that digg.com has not touched yet. Or, maybe a website where users ask questions and the top "dugg" question rises to the home page. The possilibilities are endless.... What are some of your ideas for new social networking and content generation?
