I am trying to find some good information on two ad blasters I recently joined;

YouTubeMailer.com-claims to email the entire database of YouTube members, can this be done without spamming ? how did the YouTube members opt-in ?

I am a member of YouTube and I have never gotten any of my own emails that I have sent, plus I have never gotten any from anyone claiming to be from YouTube except other affiliates who are trying to sell memberships (which I already payed $20 for)

Also, I have not noticed any major hits on ad trackers either.

I also was fortunate enough to get a FREE membership to another site called Ads2Ebay from the owners of YouTubeMailer which claims to email PayPal, MySpace and many other popular sites.

The Joolrod bad safelist and adblaster report believes these sites may be owned by Mathew Wells , a well known internet scammer

IS THIS FOR REAL  ?

We can't say for 100% certain, but believe that this is a big scam.  Many times Internet scam artists will not only try to get you once, but they will go for bigger and better each time.

If you paid with a credit card, you can easily issue a chargeback.  I wouldn't send anything else through lists such as these anyway, your website will be bound to end up on a permanent spam list.

I just reported youtube mailer to the federal trade commission. So lets see what happens. The FTC is suppose to protect customers.

I just got scammed but its no big deal guys, I REPORTED ONE COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION , and the FTC came down on them so hard and fast that the founder made a public statement on his website. It is very easy. Just go to the Federal Trade Commission website and post your complaint. I think its funny how we never get to see how how the youtube email actually looks.

Even if their claims were true (which I seriously doubt) doing what they say they do does, indeed, amount to spamming.  Spamming is evil.  Don't do it and don't associate with those who do.

YouTube is one of the simplest ways, but there is a lot of competition. If you have a product or service, you can earn more.
