I wanted to say that I think that Linkshare is a good and reputable affiliate program.  They have several large name companies that you can apply to be an affilate for. [i.e. Cingular, Overstock.com, David's Cookies, Linens n Things]   You do have to have a website that they can check out before they will approve you.

So far I've only added links for the various companies to my emails, and I've posted their banners etc on my webpages that I created myself.  I do see that with just that little bit, people are clicking!

I'm wondering how the best way to market these great products is.

Any ideas?

Before using LinkShare, I recommend that you try AdSense for a week to get a base of what you will make with CPC (cost per click).  Then, give the other very targeted (highly relevant) affiliate programs a shot.

Also, many studies have been done that show that too many ads will turn off your visitors and prevent them from clicking anything on your website.
