| Even though Amazon is huge, their affiliate program just doesn't seem to work well. We have sent targeted traffic in large amounts and have seen low conversion rates. On top of that, when there is a conversion, the payout is terrible. The Amazon affiliate program may work for you if you have a book that is perfectly targeted to your what your user is reading and you make reference to it in the article with pre-sell info. We made about $2.65 with the Amazon affiliate program in the last 6 months (and we sent over 500 targeted clicks). Pretty poor. Maybe you have had a different experience or the same experience, please share by posting.
