| Jeremy, Great speaking with you in Vegas and welcome to the forum. I am going to go over the initial steps in creating a Google AdSense based website that should make you $25-$50 per day. One thing that I ask is that anyone with questions, please create a new post that is specific to that question. This will help create a forum that is searchable for all of us to be able to find useful information later. So, here is the basic premise of creating a successful Google AdSense website: 1. Determine the specific niche that has high average CPC (cost per click). To do this, you can try finding the information for free by typing "high average cpc adsense" into Google search. Or, you can do like me and use Keyword Country. (I think it's $19 for 1 day, which is all you should need) 2. Once you have your main topic, you will need 15 main menu keyword phrases. Go to Overture: http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ and search with your main topic as the keyword phrase. Or you can also use Keyword Country for this too. 3. Next you will need to use Overture or Keyword Country again to find the top 15 keyword phrases for each menu item. This will give you a total of 225 keyword phrases. 4. Once you have your full list of menu items and sub-menu items (225). You will need to start your content writers. For this, I recommend you go to Get A Freelancer or post a job here: http://www.freelancewriting.com/jobbank/forum2.htm You will pay the article writer $5 per 300 word min article. This will be your largest expense ($1125). Send each article writer 20-30 keyword phrase topics. Make sure the work is original (no copy pasting allowed). Have them create a 70 character title and 150 character description for each article written. It's usually better if you post $150 for 30 articles, rather than $5 per article. Also, only pay after the work is completed. 5. While the article writers are writing (usually 4-6 weeks per website), get the website design done. You can get a professional looking template from Template Monster for $50-$60 or have one designed custom from someone in India using Get A Freelancer. 6. You will now need a website professional to upload all your content and copy and paste your Google AdSense code on all your webpages. Try to find someone for around $200 - $500 to do this for you (it's not worth your own time to do this). 7. While the website professional is uploading, buy a link from Best Of The Web and Microsoft's main business directory http://sbd.bcentral.com/. Also, if you have the budget, purchase 1 PageRank 6 or higher link that is perfectly relevant to your website. 8. Sit and wait, or start the next site. You should see very small revenue as soon as 21 days and $25-$50 per day after 18 months. After that you should be able to safely build more links to your website. Build 10 of these and you will have $250 - $500 of income per day. This can easily be done within 1 year. Once you build the websites and they are aged, they are worth more money if you choose to sell them in the future for true retirement boosts. Any questions? Please be sure to create a very specific new post for each question. Thank you.

| Travis, this sounds like a recipe for an apple pie. Is it that simple? I honestly do not mean any disrespect, but it does sound simplistic. Yes, I know there is some work implied in your recipe, but the recipe is clear and the only original thought I can see in it is to find the "niche." Perhaps that is the key, but the rest sounds simple. Is it? Thanks, Mike

| Well, if you have the right team in place, it can be easy. But, most people are not willing to do the work that is required. People start the projects, but don't finish. The only way to make the $25-50 dollars a day is to finish the project. You sound like someone that is ready to make sure the job gets done. Affiliate Watchdogs will be here to help you along the way. Make sure to come back and report on your success!

| Thank you Very much Travis... I am going to get started on a site right now. I look forward to continuing looking on this site and learning more from you and doing more business with you in the future. As I go through the steps I will write to you if I need further assistance... But either way I plan to post my progress. I do have 1 question right now though, You said I can add a link to my existing Web page.. What will that do for that web page? And also if that link can generate money, can I add your links as well to show my gratitude? Jeremy

| Hello Travis, I am looking on the KC website and it is a great site. I was wondering though how YOU narrow it down to the key words you would choose. I assume you would do as they say, But do you mainly chose by the amount you want or do you divide the Competitors by the number of google searches to decide which Keyword or niche word you will build your site around. Again I want to do this right and profitably.. Also last question.. What does my site have to have on it in order to make money. Is it only an add with info that directs you to a pay site... I understand what Ad means but??? Thanks

| To answer your questions: 1. A one-way relevant link to your website will help the search engines determine that you should rank higher than, say, someone with no links, or unrelated links. Think of a link as a vote for your website. Thank you for the offer of linking to this website. 2. In Keyword Country, I narrow the search by choosing the highest average CPC topics. I like to choose topics that have a bunch of high average CPC keyword phrases. For your first site, I would choose something that interests you that has high average CPC. 3. In order for your site to make money, you need lots of original content (225 pages). Plus, you will need Google AdSense on the site. If you want to make more money, you can place some Commission Junction (cj.com) affiliate advertising that is very specific to your website topic. For Google AdSense, you get paid each time someone clicks the ad. P.S. In the future, please make sure to ask new questions in a new post please. Thank you.
