I have actually setup a page for this on another site of mine: http://www.freerelevantlinks.com/PaidDirectoryRankings.aspx

As far as purchasing relevant links, I have found that http://www.linkworth.com is the best deal for the money. But, if your client is on a limited budget, then article distribution and press releases are your best bet because you control the content.

What business directories would you recommend listing you clients site with?
I am referring to sites like jayde.com, a sort of standard listings maybe?

Also, where would you recommend researching buying one way links that are specific/relevant to your clients business?
